Post orders in POS - Quick Read

Right now, Wes is posting all orders in the POS. If anyone else wants or needs to enter them in the POS, it's pretty easy.

1. Enter all items and update their prices to match orders from the Web
2. Usually use a tax free customer outside Ohio (F3 - F2 - Customer 11) - Verify on order
3. Make sure the total matches (or is within a few cents of) the online order
4. On the Payment Screen press F7 and enter the Shopify Order # in Notes (F7 to exit)
5. Choose payment method Z (Online) 
6. Add a Tag to the Shopify order - choose 'Entered in POS'
7. Leave printed receipts on Wes' desk
